Hi...todae was such a "horrible" day man...hv Napfa. I hat it man!!! Hv to do Standing board jump, sit n reach, sit ups, shuttle run,1.6km run/walk n the last one which i hate the most INCLINED PULL UPS!!!! But fortunately, i got an "A" for it. Y? Coz the teacher who took us, was super lenient.. Ah! But i oso hate 1.6 km..i mean who wont? We hv to run 10 rounds round the parade square, the soccer field n the basketball court! I tink 1.6km isnt dat long rite? This time, im aiming for a Gold! I got an "A" for Shuttle run, inclined pull ups n sit ups. I got a "B" for sit n reach while i got a "C" for the standing board jump. In total, i hv 22 points..But there is still the 1.6km run / walk, heard dat it will be taken during our PE lesson..
