hazel park christmas party(:
met zhiying, estelle and jiaqi at clubhouse.
the best thing was that estelle signed us up for some volunteer work thing without our consent.i mean she did tell us abt it but i didnt say yes.
so hv to find that lady who was in charge to get my tag.
on the tag, there was the word "official" on it :D
estelle kept forcing me to wear the christmas hat which i didn't wear.duh.she was the only one who was wearing.
and zhiying kept saying,"see emelia, i'm an official.which means i'm very important." =.=
at abt 5pm, Dr Vivian Balakrishnan arrived.
there was like a red carpet and then police cars and blah blah blah...
and then we wanted to take a closer look at him.
so we stood outside the clubhouse ( he was inside the clubhouse ) and he saw us! (:
he waved at us :D
then only estelle waved back.
ok after that the lady in charge told us to help out by putting the sausage in the bun.
damn tiring and it was horrible. estelle didnt know how to stuff the sausage in the bun.
when we r done, the lady asked us to sell the stars for the old folks home called Man Fut Tong Nursing Home or sth like that. we asked a lot of ppl but then most of the bought it le.
then zhiying wanted to ask the minister to buy.but then there's a lot of ppl surrounding him so can't even get close to him.but thankfully one man and woman who was supposed to follow the minister around bought the stars for us(:
later, me, zhiying and jiaqi decided to go door to door and ask for donations.
it was like most ppl not at home or either they dun want to donate -.-
so in the end i sold only 3 stars and raised $15.
then met estelle and vivien at the playground(:
had early dinner cos we were officials.
then blah blah blah.....left at 7.30pm cos i need to go to my mum's friend's bbq.
reached home only at 10 plus...
