Guess!

I saw this sign almost everywhere in LA and Las Vegas........ but it took me days, months, years, decades and centuries to figure out the actual meaning behind it (i admit i'm a lil dumb) and eventually i gave up and asked my dad.

So can you figure it out? I thought it was some different language like chinese or what, but turns out...
