Finally......after 5 grueling weeks :') I don't even know how i survived those 5 weeks.... oh my. While other schools start their MYE ours ended hahaha. I thought after Block Test 1 i could relax and slack BUT the teachers started throwing us quizzes, assignments, SPAs, homework... argh we can't even enjoy a well-deserved break. My dad saw me studying the day block test ended and he was like "huh exams over already why are you still studying?" #sadlife
Anyway i've planned my post-exam activities.....
1. Prepare RJ's present (SURPRISE SURPRISE)
2. Celebrate RJ's birthday on Sunday (finally she's joining the 16s club and now she can't say i'm old anymore!!!)
3. Outing with Octopus next weekend
4. Attending RJ's dance concert
5. Shopping with Cheryl Ong
Thinking how deprived my social life was during exam period...... T___T I CAN FINALLY GET MY SOCIAL LIFE BACK.
I must post about today's basketball match.....Basketball National Finals. FINALS!!! Nanyang VS Dunman Sec. I've watched Zonal Finals and National Semi-finals so definitely not gonna miss this :)

Today was such an intense match, the scores were so so so so close!!!!!! Here goes....Nanyang was ahead by 5 points at the end of the 1st quarter (Y) and by the 2nd quarter, Nanyang was ahead by 1 point (!!!) By the 3rd quarter, IT WAS A TIE. 34-34 if i'm not wrong. The last quarter was really the deciding match. Dunman scored don't know how many goals and by the 5th or 6th minute they were ahead by 7 points. Yes it was 38 - 45 (if i didn't remember wrongly again). Nanyang only had 4 minutes to catch up with 7 points and the student council were asking us to continue cheering for them and DO NOT LOSE HOPE. WE STILL HAD 4 MINUTES LEFT. This 4 minutes was the most nerve-wrecking moment. I could see everyone was literally on their toes and arghhhhh i can't describe this feeling. Slowly, Nanyang started catching up and it was 47-48 by the 7th/8th minute.... and then the streak continues. Nanyang just kept scoring and scoring and omg i don't know when but soon we were ahead of them by 2 points!!!!!!! I could only remember them scoring and scoring during the last few minutes ahhhhh :') Finally the match ended with a score of 49 - 54....omg can you believe they scored 16 points within 4 minutes??????!!!!!!! (p.s. i can't remember the exact scores i guess guess only so don't bash me for getting the wrong scores but the final score is definitely correct!!!)
This match was truly well played. You could see how determined the basketballers were and it really taught me NEVER GIVE UP. Honestly. Everyone thought how could they catch up within 4 minutes when they were behind by 7 points....but they did it.
